Our laboratory is ready to carry out comprehensive commissioning of your electrical installations and/or equipment and provide a complete set of documents necessary for their successful start-up and reliable operation. We will also be glad to offer you the following services separately:

Electrophysical measurements, as well as high-voltage testing, have always been and remain the cornerstone of all commissioning works. We will perform any type of these tests for you, as always, flawlessly, on time, and with a guarantee.
However, the development of the energy sector constantly imposes new requirements on both types of testing and the methods used to perform them. Therefore, we do not stand still and have already mastered a number of the newest techniques. For example, we are the first laboratory in Belarus accredited to test cable lines (CL) 6–20 kV at a frequency of 0.1 Hz.

In contrast to most laboratories in the country, we avoid applying constant overvoltage when testing XLPE-insulated cable lines, preventing irreversible damage to the insulation.
For this purpose, we employ a specialized 0.1 Hz very low frequency (VLF) testing system, as recommended by cable manufacturers and modern commissioning standards. Moreover, our team has extensive experience in installing cable joints and repairing cable lines in case of insulation failures.

Cleaning, drying and degassing of oil during commissioning and maintenance of various large transformer equipment
- transformer oil purification;

Electrophysical measurements (EPM)
- measurement of insulation resistance of lines and equipment;
- measurement of grounding (earthing) device resistance;
- measurement of lightning protection resistance;
- verification of grounding (earthing) circuit continuity;
- testing of phase-to-neutral circuit;
- testing of RCD (residual current device) trip parameters and leakage currents in the line;
- testing the operation of circuit breaker trip units (load testing).
High-voltage testing
- testing of power and instrument transformers 0.4–10 kV;
- testing of cable lines (CL) 6–20 kV using very low frequency (VLF) 0.1 Hz;
- testing of cable lines (CL) 6–10 kV with DC voltage;
- testing of complete switchgear assemblies (KRU);
- testing of insulators and switching devices;
- testing of protective devices (fuses, surge arresters, lightning arresters);
- testing of electric motors, reactors and capacitors.
Commissioning of electrical equipment
- transformer substations and reactive power compensation installations;
- switchgear 0.4–10 kV;
- any switching devices 0.4–10 kV;
- relay protection, emergency automation and signaling devices;
- transformer parameters:
- - DC winding resistance;
- - transformation ratio;
- - no-load losses and currents;
- - magnetization curve (V–I characteristic).

The cost of our services is always negotiable and is calculated based on the complexity of the equipment being commissioned, the scope of required measurements, and the distance of the site from Minsk. Our company provides a free engineer visit within Minsk for an initial inspection and preparation of the estimate.
You can determine the cost of typical types of work for free and without a site visit by calculating, for example, the number of cable lines, circuit breakers, RCDs, sockets, lighting fixtures and other electrical equipment. You can do this yourself or provide us with copies of the project documentation for the facility being commissioned, or copies of EFI protocols from previous years for an existing facility. Contact us or submit a request on our website, and our specialist will call you back shortly, provide consultation, and calculate the cost of work completely free of charge. We provide a warranty of 12 to 36 months on all our work. We also guarantee a refund and correction of any deficiencies at our expense in case of claims from representatives of the State Enterprise “GosenergoGazNadzor” branches or other supervisory (or controlling) authorities.
